This mosaic was actually the 2nd in my ‘Roman with a twist’ series, I originally planned to make 3 bodybuilders. I abandoned that plan and have since noticed that I prefer fuller people than muscular ones 😉 to make in mosaic, and also I prefer women to men as my subject. I bought him his own frame and chose to make the background in gray instead of cream. Back then I still made my drawings in color, but now I make line drawings, which are cheaper if I have them enlarged ;-).
