In April I attended my first workshop ‘portrait from a photo’ with Emma Simon in Bordeaux. In July I went back for part 2. That went much better than the first time. You really need all the acquired knowledge to bring a portrait to a successful finish. You make something to break down the things that aren’t right the next day, and remake, and do the same thing te next day, etc… And you really can’t deviate a millimeter from the original or it doesn’t look like that person anymore. So a lot of work, but super fun and I learned a lot!
