Raw Vegan Banana Pudding Recipe (Easy, NO BAKE, Sweet & CREAMY)

Today I’m sharing my delicious raw vegan banana pudding recipe that will make your tastebuds sing, allow you to have a treat that you deserve AND give you the RESULTS that you deserve.

Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 Cups Dates
  • ½ Cup Pecans
Banana Layers
  • 6 ripe bananas
Cream Layer
  • 4 Bananas
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons dried coconut or half an avocado
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons lucuma powder
Top Sprinkles
  • 2 Tablespoons dried coconut

Method
 

  1. Pit the dates and add them to your food processor with the pecans. Process until they start to form a dough.
  2. Scoop them out into a glass bowl and press down
  3. Slice your bananas using the Banana Slicer.
  4. Add a layer of bananas on top of the crust
  5. Blend up your cream layer in either a food processor or a blender. For a smoother blend, use a blender. Add the bananas, water, dried coconut, vanilla extract and the lucuma powder if you’re using that.
  6. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth.
  7. Add one layer of cream on top of the bananas.
  8. Add another layer of bananas and keep adding layers of cream and bananas until all of your ingredients are used up.
  9. Make sure your last layer is cream. Then sprinkle coconut on top.
  10. You could even freeze this pudding to turn it into a freezer cake.

Notes

*You could also use small individual portions instead of one big portion.
