Basic Green Thickie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 avocado
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup dates
  • Optional: Replace 1 cup of water with 1 cup of ice to cool down the Green Thickie

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth (about 2 minutes)
  2. Drink straight away or cover and refrigerate
  3. Keeps for up to 3 days in the fridge
