30 Second Banana Smoothie Recipe For Miraculous Weight Loss

Ingredients
  

  • 5 Bananas fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Water optional for a thinner smoothie
Optional Extras - Liquid Replacemnts
  • 1 cup of dairy free milk
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed juice
  • 2 cups pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups cucumber chunks
  • 2 cups melon chunks
Added Flavors
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons of cacao or carob powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of lucuma powder
  • 2 Tablespoons of mesquite powder Algarrobo powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of Acai berry powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Baobab powder
  • 5 drops of citrus essential oil food grade
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of Cayenne pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Pinch of sea salt
Herbs
  • Small handful of mint
  • Small handful of basil
  • Small handful of lemon balm
Other Fruit
  • 2 cups of other fruit such as berries apples, mangos, papayas
  • ¼ cup dried or fresh coconut
Nuts and Seeds
  • ¼ cup of any unroasted unsalted nuts such as pecans, cashews, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, or any nut butters
  • ¼ cup of any unroasted unsalted seeds such as sunflower, chia, pumpkin, flax, hemp or any seed butters
Leafy Greens
  • 2 cups of spinach chard, kale, or lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons of green powder
Extra Sweet, Thick and Filling
  • ¼ cup dates
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup of any dried fruit raw and not coated in syrup or sugar
Grains
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ¼ cup of soaked rinsed and drained buckwheat
  • ¼ cup of soaked rinsed and drained quinoa
Cooling
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup of frozen fruit

Method
 

  1. Add your chosen ingredients to the blender and blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.

Notes

  • If you use frozen bananas, you’ll definitely want to add some liquid to the blender and preferably use a high-speed blender. 
  • You should always blend water-rich ingredients and leafy greens first as they take up a lot of space in the blender but they reduce down.  Then add harder ingredients later as it’s easier to blend harder ingredients once the blender already has more liquid in it. 
  • If you are using harder ingredients you may need to blend for a lot longer to get a smoother blend.
