ParticipantNow it has been officially recognized by the U.N, that the environments which regulate global freshwater need to be protected for Water Security, which is a major factor in maintaining National, International and Global Security.
“Ensuring that ecosystems are protected and conserved is central to achieving water security – both for people and for nature. Ecosystems are vital to sustaining the quantity and quality of water available within a watershed, on which both nature and people rely. Maintaining the integrity of ecosystems is essential for supporting the diverse needs of humans, including domestic, agricultural, energy and industrial water use, and for the sustainability of ecosystems, including protecting the water-provisioning services they provide.”(U.N Analytical Brief 22/3/13)
Yet how can this be activated and realized? We at Active Remedy Ltd. have some ideas, which can be explored in the links below. However more ideas are needed and action is essential. We all need a functioning freshwater cycle. What can we do to achieve this?

Dear MAHB Members
My name is Stella Joy and I am Co Director of Active Remedy Ltd.
We are partners with the UNFCCC in the Nairobi Work Program

Our primary focus is the safeguarding of the global water cycle, through ecosystem restoration, in accordance with Target 6.6 of the Sustainable Development Goals 2030 Agenda:“By 2020, protect and restore water-related ecosystems, including mountains, forests, wetlands, rivers, aquifers and lakes”
We wish to share some of our latest information with you and hope that you will find it inspiring and helpful with your SDG and Climate work.In 2018 we submitted a Report to the UNSG, towards his 2019 SDG Report
In 2019 we had the marvellous opportunity of meeting and sharing our work with H.H Dalai Lama, at his residence in N. India.
