Simonrack is pleased to announce the launch of our Simonrack Ecofire Fighting (SEF) trolley, the fire extinguishing and fire prevention agent which is the only product certified to prevent the spread of fire from electric batterieswhich makes it a world revolution in terms of safety and battery fire prevention. 

The Simonrack Ecofire Fighting 40 litre fire protection equipment must become a key element in the fire and risk prevention strategy of all institutions, centres, companies where there are electric car charging points, companies involved in the transport or storage of electric devices, such as scooters, forklifts or electric vehicles, as well as any other company that wants to maximise its safety and avoid risks in the event of an outbreak of fire.

Electric batteries deteriorate with sharp blows or bad charges and one of the main causes is thermal runaway, an increase in pressure in the battery that causes it to crack. The usual means of extinguishing currently have difficulty in extinguishing this type of fire, with Simonrack Ecofire Fighting this does not happen, as it is the ultimate solution for electric battery fires.

For this reason, Simonrack's R&D team has designed this Simonrack Ecofire Fighting trolley with a gross weight of 81.96 kg and dimensions (H x W x D) of 1,130 x 560 x 450 mm. It is easy to transport and is the best alternative to conventional fire extinguishers, as these are fire retardant, while SEF acts as a blocker and encapsulates the smoke, preventing the emission of any toxic gas.
